MY BULLDOG
Dear Cheryl,
I just wanted to let you know how much we appreciate you!!! Not only were you an excellent agent but you were a Bull Dog when it came to helping us get what we had set our hearts on.
Things could not have been more difficult if we actually tried to make them so, but no matter what, you did not try to discourage us ... even after we received the 3rd refusal on our offer. Instead you listened and did as we asked and made yet another offer.
We heard many times that we were asking for the impossible! Nah.. well we did not think so anyways!!!
I'm sure there were times you wanted to reach through the phone and strangle me. But you remained professional even when I would ask the same question several times over the course of 2 or 3 days, if not in the same day and same conversation. I recall you asking one time how many times you would have to answer that question, and my reply was "As many times as I need to to get it." We both laughed and went on.
The reason I call you MY BULL DOG is because you sunk your teeth in and didn't give up when I feel like 99.9 percent of the other agents would have. Instead you dug in and you were in it for the long haul!!!!! Boy what a long haul it was with all the ups and downs. I never thought buying a house could be so difficult or emotional!!!!
Just so you know, I tell everyone about you if they mention they are looking for a house. Because I know you will do what it take to get them what they want no matter how impossible it may seem. I know you will stick with them through the thick and thin and say "Just be patient" when they start getting inpatient!!!!
Hopefully we will be looking for another house in the next year and a half for investment property and ... well all I can say is "Get ready because we will be seeing you when we are ready to buy again." Hopefully we will not set our hearts on what everyone feels is impossible, but if we do, I know you will be there for us even when the forecast is real gloomy!!!

We, the Walker Family, would like to thank you so much for helping us find a home. It was a long journey but we made it through. Any questions that we needed answered, you were always there to answer them, no matter what time it was. We really appreciate you two not giving up on us when things were not going as planned. The Lord sent us two wonderful angels to help us with our blessing. We will never forget you wonderful ladies. Our family hopes that the Lord blesses you 10 times fold. When our daughters grow up, I hope that they have the personality of you two ladies. Thanks again!
